This property has the following check-in and check-out times and policies:

Check-In: 2:00 pm

Check-Out: 11:00 am

Late check-out after 11:00 am and before 1:00 pm has an extra charge.

Late Check-out Hour: Until 1:00 PM

Late Check-out Fee: $25

Cancellation policies:

- Any cancellation or modification must be requested in writing.

- Any cancellation of reservations with standard rate received 30 days or more before the arrival date will be refunded. There is a 5% charge for financial expenses.

- Any cancellation of reservations with standard rate received 30 days or less before the arrival date will NOT be refundable.

- Modifications or cancellations of reservations with promotional or discounted rate Will NOT be refundable.

Terms and Conditions

All reservations must be guaranteed with a payment of the 100% of the total value of the stay by credit card or through a bank deposit.

At the time of check-in, the original of the card used to make the reservation will be requested.

Free parking, pool and WIFI is only for Hotel guests.

Cooking is not allowed inside the bungalows and rooms that don’t have a space for that use.

No pets are allowed.

Minors pay as adults.

In case of damage due to negligence or loss of any object from the room, the corresponding value will be charged.

Please keep all valuables in the safe. The hotel will not be responsible for loss of objects or theft. Do not leave anything of value outside the rooms.
